Estab. of COVID-19 Clinics at Block level: A free hand contamination to Health Staff

Block Level administration should take a note about the fact for proper care and induce a practice to understand the safety of health workers and the frontline medicos who come close in contact with the positive cases in a limited and less protective gear. The state provided a good set up and budget to deal with this state level epidemic and a pandemic announced by WHO few months back. Now the situation in our District Poonch was quite normal one weak before. But unfortunately we fall in prey due to travellers comming from all other Indian states who were not testified there and were sent like folks and dispatched in buses. The cases are maximum from the outside, citizens of J&K doing their different level of businesses outside on routine. 
The process is going on in a smooth manner to sort out the travellers on frisking points and sent to block level qurantine centers. They are then displaced to covid19 lab set by administration to extract sample swab.A good trainee doctors especially medical officers of MBBS are the frontiers in Labs with protective gears, but still a threat and risk bcoz of primary contact. These persons are sent back to QC's till results come , they are being qurantined.
 My point of view is for the Positive ones which make a everyday number on the state bullitin. These Positives whether symptomatic or asymptomatic should be directly sent to states divisional covid19 centers for further isolation and care. This will save the block level health workers contamination and contagious environment in area as to put them in block level covid 19 selected and installed stations will bring a huge misery in future. We in block level merely are fullfilling shortage of allopathic doctors. NHM has being recruited mostly for AUSH/ISM and are majority in every block. Allopathic system is a shortage and in a very less number and all burden on them. It's not easy to overcome alarming spread. Things should be as per SOP to save medicos who fight it with the skin and nail, Day and night to keep  an eye on every traveller. The main idiology of every medico is to make the covid free society at every possible time and get rid off from this epidemic. 
Finally this decision have been taken back on deep grudges and responses by all drs few days back recently. Covid 19 persons Shifted and established  new two centre's away from population. Thanks to administration for this regard.

A pilgrimage to Holy Cave and Medical Services on board.

The Amarnath Yatra called as SANJY 2022 (Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra) is a yearly pilgrimage of Hindus on distant Peaks of Pahalgam towards Chandanwari, Sheeshnag and Panjtarni as an ancient route discovered.
