Discourse: A step for Neutralizing Covid19 in J&K State.

COVID19 :
In brief it's not a hidden name for the masses. It is named as Novel Corona Virus and has shaken the world from Wuhan China,Spain, Italy, France, America,Middle East  and all the South Asia in its grip. I am not blogging on account of it as a person as a whole but blogging it in a personal view point particularly in J&K State. 
The day started since few positives and few deaths and later on tracing figured to Positives to nearly 300+. 
All the measures for neutralization have been taken on account in J&K.The authorities have left no stone unturned to get rid of it. There is a huge pressure and responsibility of Police for lockdown the areas around and the Health Proffessionals are the frontiers in this war, doing their best in tracing and placing them in isolation under a genuine symptomatic treatment in Teritiarry care at GMC's and SKIMS respectively. 
The matter of tracing the carriers was going through a proper channel by travel history and all. But the hidden cases till date make it every day fluctuating figures to up and turns mass area in red alarm. It is highly appreciated that a first state /UT i,e J&K in India which is starting mass testing to neutralize it from roots,Tweets on social media recently. Hence the medical sector seemed for me in our state isn't weak accourding to the public opinion and perception. It's really strong and the Officer's at Administration levels are doing the best to get rid off it.There is no need to get disappointed from Stay home Stay Safe.It's a support and responsibility of people to follow advisory from authorities. This cycle of neutralization will become successful only by a mutual thought of realization. And the day is not so far when Lockdown opens and a healthy normal life will be restored.

A pilgrimage to Holy Cave and Medical Services on board.

The Amarnath Yatra called as SANJY 2022 (Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra) is a yearly pilgrimage of Hindus on distant Peaks of Pahalgam towards Chandanwari, Sheeshnag and Panjtarni as an ancient route discovered. Across all parts of india the piligrims take part as devotees to visit Holy cave which has an accumulation of Ice piller called as Shiv Linhgam. Yatra is of approximately 45 yrs duration. Non Communicable disease viz Hypertension, Diabetes Millatus, Cardio vascular disease, Obesity, Cervical Cancer, and Oral Cancer pose a great threat to the physique and immunity once the person with above co-morbiditiy is Contracted with the Corona virus which is Contiguous and 4 times Virulent in the present than previous year.  During the present pandemic greatest tool is to keep masked up with a type of N95 and atleast 20 secs handwash after touching any sort of object or material. Secondly avoidance to touch the eyes, nose and other body parts with hands if they are not sanitized properly.  Even all precautions on board for self and others.
