A deep reverance to the Post of Promotions in education sector
It seemed for me very intresting yesterday, when I saw on twitter 90 teachers promoted to Head Masters. Hope these are with the complete documentation ,degrees and seniority as per old procedure. It's all fine well done ! but I am afraid that those should not be the promoted figures from Class V who come on with little skills and with a SSE/HSE covered qualifications. It will be more dangerous than any new weapon used to kill education sector.
Later on, in second tweet I found word creating an expressing like :
"The unskilled Class V have been already given Teachers tag by exercising their grade pay equivalence and time bound promotions". Where we are heading is the sad part of the previous govt.
personally believe on competition, as the boat sinks more here when there was a time when back door entries were at the peak.
The recruitment for the posts must be on tag basis whether Class V or a superior in any deptt. A departmental exam should be held almost inside every deptt to check up it's manpower compatibility and ability through competition. It will create good employees in every Govt. sector. The "pay should be equal pay, equal labour basis". Pay should be granted as per the grades on genuine time bound and seniority but promotions only once writing a test for specific promotion to check employees ability to move ahead in deptt. This will really create a new job opportunity to others too.
A Govt. Testing Board for departmental exams should be established under one umbrella. It will make the state institutions strong like Health,Education,Police,Law etc.
