RT-PCR /RAT prior to a Covid 19 Vaccine Jab : A Healthy Initiative.

RT-PCR testing or RAT is mandatory in active phase of infection. The Vaccination is basically promoted in a suppression period but the Covid19 has left no way to drove population's towards mortality. 

Before taking Jabs a Sensitive or a Specific test must be done simultaneously. If RAT is negative go for RT PCR. If you feel all ok get the jab. 
If positivity comes in person during testing. He should refrain from taking Jab. Once he is all ok after isolation and treatment which takes weeks to withstand again in recovery and fight against infection then a person is free to take the jab. But all precautions, masking  & social distancing should be on accountability as a fashion in letter & spirt !
