RUSSIA for Citizens of USSR as a whole( pre-1991 Soviet Afghan War ) & people who lived there years know the depth and research of Russians in Medical field. Russians do have a self styled medicine and research even they have long history of medical sciences.The literature over there is only in Russian Languagge which is grossly subjected on their internal scientists.The Maximum medical literature is filled with their pride of scientists,medical authors and even in world war they have done thousands of surgeries and is numbered in first rank after Germany in surgical and medical care. Moreover infection control system,isolation system is on their soil since centuries , an important department in their epidemological sciences. 
This research developing plant is hidden for world still, the only one and one resaearch institute of Moscow "Gamaleya research instt of epidemology and microbiology" GRIEM established in 1831 since then very active in research in epidemological sciences.The institute from where the wave of developed vaccine against covid19 or Sputnik V , a vaccine for present pandemic.A trade name forit for world came shortly in july and was launched on 11 August 2020 announced by MoH Russian Federation recently.WHO is aware of this fact and are mostly ready to accept it as Russia has previously also developed many vaccines including EBOLA in 2017 and POLIO vaccine and never failed despite of no 3rd clinical trials.

Experts are unsure but the fact is more than 20 countries are willing to use it. Russia's 6 million vaccines will be monthly production, may be increase in it's produce will depend upon them. 

India will surely get it sooner than later. Latest news also came in. 
The Total efficacy claimed by Russian Vaccine Sputnik- V is believed & scientifically is 91%

A pilgrimage to Holy Cave and Medical Services on board.
