Palliation a definitive approach towards ESD's (End Stage diseases)
An emerging and health deteriorating situation presently in India part of Kashmir is of appearance in silent diseases, Non-communicable diseases and End stage diseases. All these types of diseases hit the population folks with increasing life expectancy and risk factors of change in lifestyles. In the modern age life expectancy is increasing and deaths are either due to Cardiovascular diseases which play an important role in silent and non - communicable diseases. Other diseases like Cancers, Multiple Myeloma, Stroke, COPD, Dementia, CKD, CLD, Alzheimer's disease, and HIV fall into this group of diseases. A survey on a preliminary basis is self-explained and an exemplary precondition revealed by gathering data from 1 block. A small block of the district has 50 cancer patients and a district approx for 150 confirmed cases who are on treatment.
